egami is the simple and affordable answer to reducing paper and delivering readily-available desktop access to documents and business information.

As the first ever UK-developed imaging and document management system, egami boasts a long pedigree. Originally developed in 1989 as a bespoke solution, egami evolved into a packaged application which was first released in 1995.

Where wider scale access to documents is needed, e-port*, the web-browser interface to egami, is now available. This provides 24x7 availability of documents in the universal PDF standard, from any desktop and in any location – both within and from outside of your organisation.

 

*e-port requires the following specification:

  • egami Version 5x or higher
  • client PC’s running Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher and Adobe Acrobat reader
  • a web server running MS 2000 Server
  • for Extranet access, a business class Internet service
