for egami®

e-port* is a more practical, flexible and affordable way to full access for egami users. It is an exciting application which works as an extension of the egami Document Management System giving full web-browser access to all documentation stored within egami without the need to invest in additional user licenses. e-port provides three key benefits:

• Available in 25 user and unlimited user editions, e-port provides a very cost effective means of delivering full access to all documentation stored within the egami system



• e-port allows users to view documentation wherever they are based, be it at home, in remote offices or working on client site



• using e-port frees up full egami user licenses to be used by staff who need to scan and index documentation rather than just view it

And what’s more, with e-port, users can view documentation not only via any standard PC but also via a PDA or G3 mobile device that has a web browser. There is no need to load any software and the functionality is much the same as would be provided a traditional egami user license, with the added benefit of being able to view and circulate documents in Adobe’s universal PDF format.
