For those high-throughput applications requiring high volumes of
scanned images a day the CC Capture Process Extension Pack (PEP) gives
fast indexing of information based on the content of the scanned document,
with minimal manual intervention. This makes it especially useful
for situations where documents are being scanned and indexed across
multiple locations.

However much we all strive for a paperless office, the reality is
that invoices, contracts, correspondence, forms and many other items
still arrive in hard copy. So for optimum performance, you need to
quickly and accurately transform this information into business-ready
digital content.
CC Capture is an easy-to-use, out-of-the-box application, which enables
you to be up and running in only minutes. It takes scanned images,
enhances them, automatically indexes them and converts them into a
format of your choosing.
Capture made easy
Each document type that comes into your organisation may require a
different ‘Capture Flow’ i.e. user-determined processes
through which a document is passed and then incorporated into your
information systems.
For example, the Capture Flow for document A may require running
image enhancement, indexing and then various exports to deliver content
to multiple locations, whereas document B need only be scanned and
stored in a repository. CC capture lets you easily create a Capture
Flow for each document type.
CC capture offers OCR, ICR and barcode recognition as well as validation
capability.
